CoReMA

An exciting collaboration between the Laboratoire CESR (Centre d’Etudes Supérieures de la Renaissance) at the University of Tours, the Zentrum für Informationsmodellierung – Austrian Centre for Digital Humanities (ZIM-ACDH) and the Department of Medieval German Studies at the University of Graz. The project will analyse the Latin, French and German medieval recipe collections c1100-c1400: that’s some 80 manuscripts and ca. 8000 recipes!
